Seeking Tips for All Stainless Steel Electrical Kettle Foundries
#1
Hey everyone! I've been on the hunt for an all stainless steel electrical kettle, without any plastic components. I'm trying to reduce my plastic usage in the kitchen. Any recommendations on where to find one?

That's a great initiative! I've been searching for a too. It's surprising how many electric powered kettles get plastic parts, even when they advertise as stainless steel.

I totally agree! It's frustrating trying to find a kettle that's truly plastic-free. Have you had any luck in your research so far?

Unfortunately, not considerably luck yet. I've found a few options on the web, but I'm not of course about their quality or if they're exactly plastic-free. I especially want to make sure I'm investing in a durable kettle that won't leach any harmful chemicals.

Yeah, longevity is definitely essential, particularly if you're going to be using it every day. I've read some horror stories about kettles breaking down following just a few months.

I've been thinking about reaching out to some small-scale foundries or manufacturers to see if they can custom-make a stainless steel kettle personally. Has any individual else tried this approach?

That's a great idea! I haven't thought on reaching out to foundries directly. It may well be worth it to get a kettle that's manufactured to your specifications and guaranteed to be plastic-free.

I never considered that either. It could be a little bit more pricey than purchasing a mass-produced kettle, but if it's higher grade and lasts lengthier, probably value the investment in the long run.

Absolutely. Plus, supporting small-scale foundries aligns with the plan of reducing plastic usage and promoting sustainable manufacturing practices.

I'm certainly going to appear into that option farther. Thanx for the suggestion!
