Hey everyone! I've been pondering about upgrading my kitchen cookware, and I stumbled on stainless steel saute pans with lids. Has any individual below had any practice with them? Are they worth the investment?

I made the switch from non-stick to stainless steel a while ago, and I haven't looked back since. Stainless steel heats up more evenly, and you can get a truly good sear on your food without worrying about damaging the pan. plus, you don't need be concerned about damaging chemicals leaching into your food.

It depends on the brand and quality, however stainless steel cookware tends to be a bit pricier upfront compared to non-stick pans. Nonetheless, they last a lot longer, so it's definitely a worthwhile investment in the long run.

I've listened to that not all stainless steel cookware is designed equal. Any pans can be prone to warping or very hot spots. How can you inform if you're getting a good quality saute pan?
