I've had stainless steel cleaning soap for about a year now, and it nevertheless looks and works great. I make sure to rinse it thoroughly after each use and let it air dry. Occasionally, I'll provide it a gentle scrub with a brush and any mild cleaning soap to take away any buildup.

personally, I consider it's worth it. Not only does stainless steel soap last longer, but it's also more eco-friendly since you're not constantly throwing away plastic cleaning soap bottles. plus, it's great for removing solid odors from your hands like garlic or fish.

An additional benefit I've found is that stainless steel cleaning soap doesn't depart any residue on your hands like any bar soaps can. It gives you a truly wash feeling without drying out your skin.
