I've tried each stainless steel and aluminum espresso makers, and I need to admit, I didn't notice considerably of a difference in taste. It may possibly depend on personal choice and how you brew your espresso.

From what I recognize, stainless steel casting allows for even calefaction distribution, which can result in a more consistent brew. but I've on top read that it can just take longer to heat up when compared to other materials.

That's true, stainless steel does tend to heat up slower, however once it's hot, it maintains that temperature effectively. plus, it's straightforward to wash and doesn't rust like any other materials.

I did any research before purchasing mine, and I found that stainless steel casting models can be a little bit pricier upfront, but they're often more durable in the long run, so it may possibly be worth the investment.
