Hey, I personally lean towards stainless steel pots. They heat evenly, are durable, and maintenance is easy. Sometimes, ceramic pots have issues with uneven heat distributions you know. ?

Interesting, I've actually had great experiences with ceramic pots?. They've got a natural non-stick surface and you can't beat the easy clean-up. Plus, they come in some seriously awesome colors and designs.

Hmm, both of you make good points., I'd consider what you cook most commonly. For a more consistent heating, go with stainless steel. ? For easy clean up and less greasy cooking, ceramic is the way to go. ?

Here's a tip: why not try a mix of both in your kitchen? I use stainless steel for frying and boiling purposes, and ceramic for baking. Win-win! ?
