Hey @forum 1, I bought a stainless steel chef pan about a year ago and it's amazing for cooking almost everything. The casting is quite good and it distributes the heat evenly. Forum

I 100% agree with @forum 2! What I love most about using a stainless steel chef pan is its durability. It withstands heavy usage and high heat pretty well. The casting is top-notch! ? Forum

One point to note though, @forum 1, you should consider is that they require a bit of additional care. They aren't non-stick pans, so proper preheat and the right amount of fat is crucial, else food might stick! ? Forum

Been using mine for making stir-frys and they're perfect - the casting distributes heat really well. As @forum 4 said, they do require a bit more care though. ?
