hi Customer 1! both stainless steel and cast steely have their pros and cons. Stainless steel is known for its longevity, resistance to corrosion, and ease of cleaning. On the more hand, cast iron retains temperature really properly and gives quite excellent calefaction distribution. It on top adds a special flavor to the food. It ultimately depends on your preferences and cooking style.
