Hi everyone! I've had a positive experience with the Quick Pot Duo Nova 7-in-1 Electric Pressure Cooker. It's not truly 8 qt, but the 8 qt version is available too. The stainless steel interior pot is resilient and doesn't retain odors. plus, it has multiple cooking functions!
