That's an excellent position. I conclude having a combination of both cast iron and stainless steel cookware is the course to go. Each has its strengths and weaknesses, so having both in your kitchen gives you the flexibility to tackle any recipe that will come your course. Plus, it's always play to trial and see which material s works excellent for diverse dishes!
