That's a great question. I've used the two cast iron and stainless steel cookware extensively, and i think it really depends on what you're cooking and your personal preference. Cast iron is great surely items like searing meats and baking, while stainless steel is more multi functions and easier to preserve. What types of dishes do you usually cook?
