The Benefits and Drawbacks of 10 oz Stainless Steel coffee Mugs Is It worth It?

I've used stainless steel mugs before, but not specifically the 10 oz size. overall, I found stainless steel to be really good for keeping drinks hot or cold for lengthier periods when compared to ceramic or glass. but I'm curious about the size too. Is 10 oz plenty for a decent cup of coffee?
