Discussion Boiling Water in Stainless Steel Foundry safe or Unsafe?

i've been using stainless steel for boiling water for years with out any obvious problems. But now that it's been brought up, I'm starting up to wonder if there's something I must be worried on. Is there a specific kind of stainless steel that's safer for boiling water?
