Are Stainless Steel Wall Sheets the Perfect Selection for commercial Kitchen Castings?

That's a good position,. I've noticed any kitchens use a protective film or coating on their stainless steel walls to prevent scratching. But I'm wondering if there are alternative materials that may be more scratch-resistant while still offering identical benefits as stainless steel. Has anybody experimented with more options?
