Are Stainless Steel Wall Sheets the Perfect Selection for commercial Kitchen Castings?

I've used stainless steel in my commercial kitchen, and I must admit, it's been wonderful. Straightforward to clean, durable, and it looks great too. But I'm curious to attend from other individuals who may get tried different materials. Are there any drawbacks to stainless steel that I should be aware of?
