Pros and Downsides of Stainless Steel Sausage Stuffer Casting

I've been hesitant to invest in a stainless steel sausage stuffer simply because I'm not of course if it's worth the expense tag. Can anybody share their activities with the longevity and overall value of stainless steel models compared to more materials?
