I've utilised both stainless steel casting and other materials for meat mincers in the past, and I must say, the stainless steel ones have lasted m'a lot longer. sure, they may be a little bit pricier upfront, but they're definitely worth it in terms of durability and performance. plus, you don't need be worried about rust or corrosion ruining your equipment.
