The pros and Negatives points of Stainless Steel Water Storage Tanks Cast vs. Welded

I've been researching this too, and it looks like cast stainless steel tanks get a smoother surface accomplishment compared to welded ones, which can make them easier to wash and maintain hygiene standards. However I'm still not sure if the additional expense is worth it.
