Is the T-fal Stainless Steel Frying Pan a Quality Option for House Cooks?

The T-fal pan actually doesn't get a non-stick coating, it's just stainless steel. but I've found that if you properly preheat the pan and exploit plenty oil or butter, things don't stick too badly.
