I'm considering upgrading my cookware to stainless steel 5-ply. Is it really worth it or is it just a marketing gimmick?
Absolutely worth it! The heat distribution and durability have been amazing. My dishes have come out better, too.

Agreed. 5-ply cookware is much superior to single or 3-ply. Its robustness justifies the cost.
